Go to the File menu in the menu bar and move down until Publish Web is selected then click the mouse.
This will bring up the window as seen above. Enter the name of your website (or the name of the temporary posting address that you received in your e-mail).
Select " Publish changed pages only" (if you have only updated a few pages.) or select " Publish all pages" (if you have made major changes to you site).
If you have sub webs in your site and wish to update them, check the Include subwebs box.
When you are done, click the Publish button.

Enter your user name into the Name field and your Password in the password field.
Click the OK button.

Your site should now start to upload to your new website on our server. The amount of time it takes will depend on the size of your site and the speed of your connection.
